Nutley’s 1st Annual EMS Night co-sponsored by Clara Maass Medical Center

In honor of National EMS Week, Commissioner Alphonse Petracco, the Nutley Fire Department and co-sponsors Clara Maass Medical Center invite all township residents to our first annual EMS Party on Wednesday, May 18 from 6:00 p.m. at 8:00 p.m. at the fire department headquarters. Residents will be able to see how emergency services work and can tour our state-of-the-art ambulances.

Clara Maass Medical Center / RWJBarnabas Health will be present offering numerous information boards as well as various health screenings. The Nutley Health Department and the Nutley Family Service Bureau will also be on hand to offer health information to our residents.

The EMS Week campaign supports and strengthens the EMS community by raising awareness of the essential role of emergency medical services in a community. Commissioner Petracco said, “We are so fortunate to have an excellent Emergency Services Division to support our city. We have dedicated and professional EMTs who provide quality emergency care to our residents 24/7. We encourage the public to join us in learning more about this very important aspect of emergency services. ’emergency. He also added, “We are happy to have our friends and neighbors in Clara Maass join us in supporting EMS.”

Attendees will be treated to Spanky’s Gourmet Grub Food Truck sponsored by Clara Maass. Plus, there will be cotton candy, popcorn, and lots of fun goodies. Join us for an informative and fun evening, free and open to all Nutley residents.
