Within this service, multilingual face-to-face and telephone health assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

The agreement also provides for the transfer of the patient by ambulance to the nearest Quirónsalud hospital if the situation requires it, as well as a premium hospital assistance service with accompaniment, without language barriers.

Among other measures, they have a certified antigen test, the results of which are available within 15 minutes. This service is free in Germany for German customers, while for customers of other nationalities it costs € 30.
