Bizarre, MO – Two transported to Research Medical Center with injuries after crash on Y Road


Individual, MO (September 13, 2022) – Cass County authorities responded to the scene of a car crash that left two people injured Sunday night. At 10:30 p.m. on September 11, the Missouri State Highway Patrol was notified of an accident on South State Route Y.

Preliminary reports provided by MSHP Private TL Wallace show that a 2010 Dodge Charger was traveling the 22,300 block of South State Route Y when the vehicle began to slow down into a driveway. For unknown reasons, a 2003 Ford Mustang crashed into the rear of the vehicle. Both vehicles were destroyed as a result of the accident.

Two people aboard the Dodge, Bryce Pierson, 21, and David Pierson, 48, were both injured. Both victims were transported to Research Medical Center, where they received further medical attention.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is currently investigating the crash.
